Slumps. We've all been through them. It’s inevitable. At some time during this great journey that is CrossFit, things are going to get tough. So when they do, how do you pull yourself back up and get back in the gym?

The coaches share some personal experiences on how they got out of their slumps (yes, they have them too!), in the hopes that you can use these techniques to fight off your next slump.
