Positive thinking can give you more confidence, improve your mood, and even reduce stress and anxiety. 

“Be thankful for what you have while pursuing all that you want.” 

Some questions we ask:

  • What is the Stop, Observe, Shift (SOS) method? (2:00)
  • Why are our minds wired to prevent us from danger? (4:00)
  • Instead of thinking about all the things that could go wrong, what if you thought about all the things that could go right? (6:00)
  • Do you surround yourself with positive friends that inspire you to live your best life? (11:00) 

In this episode, we discuss the power of positivity and teach tips and tricks such as affirmations, gratitude, mindfulness and visualization. 

The next time you are down in the dumps, realize hat tough times are temporary and ‘this too shall pass’.
