"I See You." A phrase I came to loathe.

Until today. Why do we do the things we do? Why do we get stuck in patterns we aren't even aware we've placed ourselves in? Why do we think so little of the immense shadow work and mirror work and better choices we make that we can't even tell ourselves how proud we are of those decisions?
