Almost a year ago I made an episode called 22 life lessons at 22.

This year I decided to do it again but this time to celebrate being 23.

I am super proud of how far i've come. Some of these lessons have been my main focus this year and I have made big strides toward some of them and being better!

Time to celebrate another year older!
