In this episode i talk about feeling freedom from some of my personal trauma and feel like I am not as inclined to people please and depend on others for my choices.

My name is Aisha, my podcast Finding Freedom is a safe place to be honest with yourself, maybe discover some of your fears and learn to live with purpose and authenticity.

Find your freedom in your health in this episode, listen to my recent experience getting a top end gym membership and what is had taught me about productivity and why our health is valuable and important to actually invest time, money and energy now as opposed to later.

I am super passionate to help others identify their health as something they get to work on and not that they have to work on, you are worthy of your own success and quality of life.

In this episode, i dive into some reflections of habits and skills i'd like to continue to work on and grow into as i get older on this journey through adulthood. I also had some lovely individuals ask me some questions on my instagram the other day for me to answer and share on this week's episode.

There is definitely lots of growth for me this year and as i head into another year of my own life, I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to build a space and a community that can be surrounded by us sharing our experiences to grow, feel less alone and build connection.

WOW it has been months!!

So sorry about the hiatus, I am so glad to be back for your Freedom Friday's, to bring you inspiration, personal challenged and overcoming obstacles to both inspire you and help you feel less alone. As i get back into recording, i think I messed up the audio a little bit on this episode so don't mind that hehe!

In this episode I talk about moving across the country to start a new life and routine and what that's like on a personal level right now. I also talk about burnout, personal struggles with work and goals for the rest of the year and some future things i am working on:)
