I'm so excited to have recorded this episode with my partner Tyler. We talk about personal passions, how he knew it was his passion, mindsets needed to believe in yourself and get you to where you want to go. It takes little goals, and daily action to be able to get you to where you want to go. In this episode, I also wanted to share some of our experiences and tools that we use in our relationship that has become extremely useful and hopefully you can find soma value in it as well.
I recorded this a few weeks ago, but finally getting it up today. I went to see Jay Shetty live and he inspired me to realize my passions for life and taking action. I realize the inner reflection and shift within myself that I am gearing up to take, just manifesting now!

In this episode, I share my personal experience with disordered binge eating. I have made major improvements in my relationship to food and I am so grateful. I am here to break the silence on this topic, personally I never had someone to talk to about the struggles and things I was experiencing, so hopefully this episode and conversation allows you to not feel alone, if you are living with these symptoms.
I had survived my life but i was NOT thriving. It is the hard work, overcoming obstacles and realizations invested that has now allowed me to THRIVE within my self.

It is so important to show yourself self compassion. It says a lot about resiliency and ability to overcome obstacles and challenges.
