Envy is an intense emotion. If it's entertained in the mind, and ultimately yielded to, a demonic spirit will come in and influence a person to commit heinous acts. Envy and hatred are closely related. They carries a desire to cause harm, suffering and pain to others.

We visibly see envy manifesting through people throughout our world. The person with envy wants what another has and resents them for having it. This would include desiring a person’s success, possessions, relationships, position, money and the like which if not resisted, will result in anger, bitterness, hatred, violence and even murder.

There is a very small member in our body that boasts great things, yet it is an uncontrolled evil. Why is this small member so important, and why can it be considered evil? Man can tame every creature on the earth, but cannot tame or control the tongue. It is full of poison.

Most people don’t even try to control their tongue. It takes discipline and an awareness of the power connected with our words. And, that there are consequences with what we say. We need to be people who are slow to speak, and quick to listen yet most do just the opposite.

God has given us a window of time with our new President and administration. However, technology continues to advance on a global scale with AI in the spotlight. There is an AI arms race between China and the U.S. and with other nations competing as well. From Forbes Magazine, Jan 23, 2025:

“He’s (the President) made it clear that he considers it vital for U.S. national interests that the country maintains its position as a world leader in AI technology. He will definitely be aware of the fact that other countries, most notably China, but also the U.K. and members of the EU, are also pouring huge amounts of investment into research and development...to secure American leadership in AI, create hundreds of thousands of American jobs, and generate massive economic benefit for the entire world. The focus is AGI. AGI refers to artificial general intelligence, an advanced form of AI beyond what’s available today, capable of learning any task, not just tasks that we designed it for.”

During my 23 Minutes in Hell, the vision that God gave me, I only thought of three people. Each person was significant. This showed me that people retain their full memory in hell, just as the rich man in Luke 16 who Jesus told us about.

The first person I thought of was my wife. I knew she was up on the surface of the earth, and me far below. I would never see her again, and could not even have the satisfaction of saying goodbye. To have no finality with your loved ones is extremely sorrowful beyond what words can describe.

Have you ever said, “I can never forgive that person because of what they have done to me?” Many of us have.

We’ve either uttered those words or held on to those thoughts. When we entertain those deadly thoughts, we forget how much Jesus Christ has forgiven us. If we understood the seriousness of our unforgiveness, we would learn to be quick to forgive others. Eventually, it will cause physical harm to our bodies, pollute our soul and possibly jeopardize our eternal destination.

Why does the Bible say we are to seek the Kingdom of God? What does the Kingdom consist of?

The Kingdom of God, also referred to as the Kingdom of Heaven, includes sharing the gospel (the good news)...about salvation through Jesus Christ.

That Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures. - 1 Corinthians 15:3-4

The gospels record the good news that Jesus preached and demonstrated which also includes physical and mental healing, deliverance from demons, provision, protection, and eternal life!

The preaching of the Gospel is to show man the way of salvation, which gives us the only way into heaven...the way to the Kingdom of God!

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. - Hosea 4:6

The Bible demonstrates that God’s people were living in rebellion against Him, and God said they will be destroyed because of it. The word “destroyed” carries the meanings “cause to cease, cut off, perish, to be undone.” Their condition was serious. The prophets came to rebuke the sin of the people, and to declare God’s coming judgment so they might repent.

Is there an area of your life that you are ignoring? Are you rejecting God's knowledge? Perhaps the Lord has been dealing with you to forgive someone. Maybe He wants you to reconcile with another believer, a family member, or neighbor. The Lord may be prompting you to be the bigger person, humble yourself, and apologize.

Throughout our lives, we will all experience some kind of uncomfortable situation. Starting a new job, moving to a new neighborhood, or meeting new family members through marriage can all feel out of our comfort zone.

I experienced something way out of my comfort zone when I began to share the vision God gave me of hell. Most people don't know that I always had a fear of public speaking. My worst class in school was English, because it involved speaking and writing, both of which I disliked. I was not skilled with writing a story, or standing in front of people to deliver a speech, and now I was faced with having to do both.
