In this episode, I reflect on the wild ride that was 2018 and some of the most important life lessons I learned. Dealing with change, uncertainty, and doubt is never easy but sometimes the universe has got a plan for you. You just have to be patient. 

 

I also discuss why I don't like the term 'new year, new me' because I think the trip around the sun should be all about evolving, not becoming a new person. 2019 New Years resolutions can come with guilt, shame, and pressure when we focus them on external changes. Make the goal a soul promise and the rest will follow.
