He brings aviation leadership experience, National Board Member experience for several organizations, he’s served as adjunct professor of Political Science and Business for two universities, as well as served in the Chicago Mayor’s Office of Budget and Finance. Prior to joining Clark Atlanta University, Marshall was the first African American CEO of the 4th largest airport based on enplanements for the Montgomery Regional Airport, in Montgomery AL. Marshall has a rich leadership background spanning government, corporate, community, academia, and aviation. Marshall is an alumnus of Clark Atlanta University, a proud member of Alphi Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated, a husband, father, AND a Doctoral Candidate.
