In this episode I have the absolute pleasure of interviewing my housemate, my bestie, the man behind the theme tune, the bassist of Seething Akira, Richard Speight. I originally interviewed Maria and Richard together but for this episode we talk about Richard's new found sobriety. Richard hasn't drunk for over 5 months - a break from alcohol that has given him insight into being present for the experiences in life. We talk about gigging and touring sober which is always a subject I am curious about as it takes so much strength. We also talk about how the house dynamics have changed due to our sobriety and what it's like living with a sober Jess.
