I have never shared this truth before. I am boldy stepping into the area, stripped of all my pride, to share my naked and raw story of shame. It has been buried in the vaults for years and serving no one there.

I seek the Together SOBER  community’s compassion in hopes we can all come together to learn how to break ourselves of this toxic cycle of shame.

This demonstration will teach through experience how we can all work through our own shame and move it from a place of fear to a place of love.
