Growth doesn't happen in our comfort zone. Many of us have recently been forced out of our comfort zone with the global conversation on race and white supremacy in America and around the world. It is time to get uncomfortable, and to take responsibility for the ways that we have been complicit in the pain and suffering of others.

The world is calling us forward. Now is the time to show up, to actively embody and practice what we preach. We must be willing to show up imperfectly and learn as we go. This is a marathon, not a sprint, and we are in this together.
