For the first 12 years of our work, it was very much about going back to experiences you had when you were a kid, understanding how things got formulated, why you have the patterns that you have, etc. 

The work that we are now doing both personally and taking our clients through has really shifted away from that. 

Now what’s really amazing is that when you start to work internally, with the energetics of things, because everything in the universe is energy, and because your energetic makeup is impacting and constantly creating your reality.
