She's the founder of The Menopause Clinic and The WellPause Collective, two spaces rooted in empowerment, education, and community. Esnielle is a proud mother of three incredible children and shares life’s quieter moments with two soulful dogs who’ve walked many chapters with her. Her work is grounded in connection, curiosity, and care, creating space for women to feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate transformation.
