Hi Walnut, I've found it really hard to compart mentalise the different feelings brought up by an announcement we made on Facebook:

- there are so many other, of equal value, exciting things that I have achieved that warrant such level of "congratulations:

- there are so many other things that literally get blocked from us that are important

- the strangeness that people on the internet I don't speak to, feel like need to respond or comment

So much about this episode literally keeps me up at night, staring at my ceiling as I spiral into an abyss of doom - all while completely understanding, that the announcement is nice...
