Design thinking -a framework that allows organizations and people to come up with creative solutions to complex problems- that’s just one of the things we learned while talking with Greg Dickerson, Design Coach at Bowling Green State University.

Our design passionate guest gives us 5 key concepts that the design framework is based on- Empathy, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. All this put together is what makes Greg a design coach. He uses the concept of design thinking and applies it to people.

Greg started his career in law enforcement but soon found his passion in working with college students. Post that, he became a college advisor at Bowling Green State University for 18 years.
