This is for those who are doing the active work on themselves to come home to their truth. To keep moving. To be the best human and soul and are in process of healing and becoming. Sometimes it can feel like everything you are doing isn't right. You experienced an old trigger. You have come up against another mountain that you thought you already climbed. You have a day of not feeling the greatest, and your mood is crap. Your grief bubbles up to the surface. You are human, and this is normal.
