(Hi everyone! Please excuse my voice for this episode. I have no idea what happened and trying to fic the issue. I sound... well you will see. lol)
For those seeking real change—this is for you.
I speak both spiritually and practically, because in my experience, power lives at the intersection of the two.
Awareness matters. Insight matters. But awareness without implementation doesn't change your life.
It just makes you aware of what isn't working.
Real change isn't sexy. It's not a single breakthrough moment or a perfect ritual. It's the practice of showing up for yourself again and again—especially when it's inconvenient, imperfect, or humbling.
I was reminded of this recently while recording the foundational movement practices for my new free community, Rare Magic.
I'll be honest—I almost quit.
The recordings weren't landing the way I wanted. They weren't perfect. My nervous system wanted to bail and call it "not the right timing."
But then I saw the lesson clearly.
Doing something once and expecting it to magically transform you is its own kind of self-sabotage. So is stopping when things don't look how you imagined they would.
The work isn't the one-time effort. The work is staying with it long enough for it to change you.
When I shifted from "this should already be easier" to "This is a practice I'm willing to stay in," everything softened.
That's where real power lives—not in knowing better, but in doing differently.
And not alone.
Change integrates faster when we're in community. When we let ourselves be witnessed. When we laugh, stumble, and keep going together.
That's exactly the spirit behind Reset 7.
Reset 7 isn't about fixing yourself. It's about pressing pause on one thing that isn't serving you—and practicing a different choice, daily, in community.
We don't aim for perfection. We aim for presence. We make it doable. We make it human. And yes—we have fun while doing it.
Because real change doesn't come from intensity. It comes from consistency, awareness plus action, and choosing to stay in the room with yourself.
I hope you enjoy this episode that speaks about real change, and know you are worthy of it.
