Justin Miller is the owner of CrossFit SBC in Shreveport, Louisiana. A lifelong athlete, Justin grew up competing in multiple sports — including track and field, wrestling, snowboarding, and football. His athletic career led him to Wheaton College in Illinois, where he played football and met his wife, Lauren. After college, Justin’s competitive drive found a new outlet in CrossFit. He began training seriously in 2017 at CrossFit Alpha Dog in Lombard, Illinois, and started coaching the following year after deciding to forgo law school. In 2022, Justin took ownership of CrossFit SBC, where he’s continued to build on more than a decade of the gym’s legacy. Now entering its 11th year as an affiliate, CrossFit SBC remains a cornerstone of family, community, and fitness in Louisiana under his leadership.
