Welcome back to another episode. You guys, I am PUMPED about this one. It was requested as a topic by one of my listeners and at first I resisted it but I knew it needed to be talked about. Now, let's set things straight here. I am NOT going to break down and crunch numbers here for you or tell you what your budget should be. What I WILL do is help you discover how you can make this work for you, uncover where you might be spending money that isn't going to help you achieve this kind of lifestyle, creating a motivation and reason why you desire to live more this way, where to shop for good deals and how to shop. I share my personal approach to this way of living, how we have chosen to live to make this more possible, and more. 

One thing I can't believe I didn't mention was GROW A GARDEN! haha, sheesh Gabby. Maybe it's because we've chatted garden stuff before or maybe I just assumed you guys would consider that as a way to save money. Now the way to save money when doing that is to just grow what your family loves to eat, don't get anything fancy or expensive to grow in, just stay basic, get resourceful and creative. It's sooooo fulfilling and worth it. 

I know it can feel overwhelming to know where to start and my first tip was to cut back on eating out and begin cooking at home to save you money and to save your health. You will feel overwhelmed by making too many changes all at once so just start in one or two places and get good at them. Find your new rhythm and cultivate habits that will get you to your ultimate goals. It isn't rocket science when it comes to living a more whole food/healthier lifestyle. Get back to the basics, skip the processed food aisles, and enjoy your kitchen a bit more. Your body and wallet will thank you.
