Also known as ViraShanti, which is a name her teacher gave her. Vira meaning infinite power, and Shanti meaning peace.

Amy completely embodies this as she is an incredible yoga teacher with her studio YogaLove and an energy worker. Here to share her gifts with all of us, and help us recognize the deep beauty behind our birth, life, and journey.

We talk about her spirit guides, her team of advisors that she can’t ignore, and how they support her to help heal her clients. We also go into her story and how she started connecting with the divine and receiving messages.

It has to do with one of her best friends passing away and then subsequently visiting her and giving her messages that it was time to step into her role fully as a guide for others.
