Nathalia Melo is an IFBB Bikini Professional athlete who, despite having no money, worked 3-4 jobs at once and being told that she could never make a real career out of fitness, qualified for the most prestigious fitness competition in the world, The Olympia within her first year. She claimed 2nd place at The Olympia her first two years and then won the entire show in 2012, becoming the first Brazilian to take the highest spot. Now a mother of two young children, she still manages to keep her dreams alive as a wife, mother and business woman. She’s traveled to over 26 countries providing seminars on health and fitness, as well as training during pregnancy. She’s been featured as a cover girl in magazines such as Fitness RX for Women, as well as Shape Magazine Germany and has been elected fifth in Flex Magazine’s “All-Time Fitness Models.” While pregnant, she was featured in Cosmopolitan Magazine, The Daily Mail, and The Express to share her expertise on training and staying fit during pregnancy. She’s also been featured in worldwide fitness magazines such as Muscular Development, Muscle and Fitness, Flex, Muscle and Fitness Hers, Fitness Rx and many others. Her most recent passion is to help women discover themselves both before and after pregnancy. She’s dedicated to helping women realize their strength and capacity to achieve anything they want if they’re willing to put in the work.
