Cross training time!  (AKA Jonesercise book club).   This is our first official cross training episode.  Each Month we will be reading a book and the January book was Educated by Tara Westover.  Warning - this episode is not as much "easening" as normal as we unintentionally picked a book that brought about some heavy conversation.  Despite this, we hope the conversation brings something positive your way!
