After the betrayal of a spouse it’s normal to feel defeated, devastated, depressed and stuck. I know, because I did for a long time, there are certain stages of trauma we have to go through in order to heal.

Back in 1997 President Russell M Nelson said that, “Hobbies can aid in spiritual development. Worthy music, dance, art, and writing are among the creative activities that can enrich the soul. A good hobby can dispel heartache and give zest to life.”
