In this episode:
Kevin McGovern has committed his life to help others find and live their purpose with passion and commitment. Since starting his career in the mortgage industry in 1993, Kevin started his path as an originator with a company he would be with for 13 years—eventually working his way to becoming President of that company.
He became a top producer within 2 years in the mortgage business, and he maintained a personal production team while building a nationwide branch platform in the early 2000s.
After many years of prosperity in the industry and three decades serving and mentoring others, Kevin made the decision to share his knowledge and experience with others when he began coaching full time in 2006 and I was one of his early clients.
Helping his performers learn to live a life with FLOW is one of Kevin’s coaching philosophies—working alongside branch managers and their sales/operations teams to create a system that gets results and can be duplicated for others.
Through this philosophy, Kevin has seen many of his clients go from their current reality to their ideal vision for their business and life.
