The fear of weight gain is probably the number one fear people have when wanting to heal their relationship to food and their bodies. I completely get that, I felt the same way. However, it is possible to overcome and also to hold this fear AND still move forward with this journey. In this episode, I talk about why we fear weight gain the first place, why dieting won't help you overcome this fear, and what you have to do to work on overcoming  it.
