About the Vyana Cafe Podcast:
Vyana Café, started as an actual raw plant-based café that closed before it had the opportunity to touch the world in any great capacity. What’s missed most is the wealth of conversations and experiences shared with the community. This podcast was created to provide a continued outlet for those conversations. Vyana, 1 of 5 vayus, is the circulation of energy that flows outward and continuous. When out of balance in one of us it extends to all of us, the Universal collective. Inspiring thoughts are one way to keep Vyana balanced.

Farnaz Dar is a mother of four young men, a former (and forever) teacher, and a serial entrepreneur. She's also always up for a challenge (she just got her first pair of rollerskates!!)
She is the owner of an award-winning cleaning and organizing service outside of Philadelphia, PA...yep that's going against the grain, for sure! And the owner of a packaged food business called SauFennel that, er...cleans out your insides! SauFennel makes after-meal digestive mixes and treats made from fennel seeds! They're fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to end (or enhance) a meal!
