This is not an easy episode to publish, but the more stories I hear about experiences like this, the more I believe we as a 'sisterhood' need to hold a mirror up to our own behaviour and examine how patriarchy is still impacting the way we as women behave towards, treat and think about one another.

If I am genuinely a supporter of other women, I have to be someone who is able to get past any fear and say the things that need to be said.
