Every mommy knows what it’s like to start off their day in that not-so-pleasant way—in friction with their child. Maybe someone doesn’t want to get up for school, maybe homework was left undone the night before… hell, maybe you both just got up on the wrong side of the bed! In the end, there is no way to fully avoid conflict with our kids, but we can start by putting in the work and remaining consistent with our parenting.
