Allow her to give you the option to choose anything in the world you "want" for your life to put in your "shopping cart" for your future self so you can stand in your present yet prepare for an even better future life.
Don't allow yourself to be sucked into the seeming comfort of isolation. We need community! And in the meantime, we can use affirmations to help us get to where we need to be.
