Every story has the bad guy. The villain. The antagonist. Someone who is on the opposite side of the story's hero.

And sometimes we forget that the bad guys are real people, too. Real people who have motives, goals and dreams. Yes, perhaps evil ones. But the point is... Why are they evil? What made them evil?
