The first thing to do is take a look at what conversations you are currently avoiding.

This can be a conversation with yourself or someone else.

Maybe you need to have a conversation with yourself around your habits?

Maybe boundaries need to be put in place with other people?

Or maybe you need to stop avoiding having actual sales conversations with leads?

I have been having some really big conversations with my boyfriend this last in a week or two in particular around Finances.
