In this episode we see Kahlan and Richard dealing with the fallout of what just happened in the love shack. Nadine is dead. Richard feels betrayed by Kahlan after her "performance" and so after a few earth shattering words, disappears into the Temple of the Winds... leaving Drefan to become the new Lord Rahl.
