Anyway, in this episode about Chapter 9, Aaron checks in with his possible privilege as we discuss Kahlan's current marriage situation. We also draw upon the very obvious parallels between the Sword of Truth cast and the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Lastly, we have a very important question for you all in the outro so at the very least, make sure to fast forward to that and help us out. I mean, wait, listen to the whole thing! I'm not good at marketing... We do sing though so... there's that!

2024 has come to a close and it had us feeling a little reminiscent. This episode is a highlight reel or a "best of" if you will, of everything we released in the last year. We pulled our favorite moments from both the Wandcast and the Sword of Truth podcast and compiled them here into a montage of madness that you all will hopefully enjoy. Jade and Nate converse about Richard and Zedd's magical back and forth, the timing of DOB, the dangers of just firing one off (their words, not mine!), where the ACTUAL PROPHET Nathan might be, and the one secret that will help towards a healthy relationship! Hey friends! In this episode, we discuss whether or not we agree that this is just a normal, run of the mill case of evil spirits being evil. Richard definitely seems to think something much more fishy, or maybe chickeny, is going on. But in all seriousness, can we talk about the glaring issue here? Where is Aaron?! I suppose it's possible he just couldn't make it to this recording, but maybe the chickens did something!?!?!

You ever sit in a bath with your smoking hot spouse, and find you just can't stop thinking about food, specifically chicken wings? Anyone? Just me? Oh, well I suppose I digress. Once again Kahlan's hope of just nothing but sexy time with her man is hindered by a chicken. It seems like there is a term I could use here... Regardless, it seems Kahlan may never get her wish as our heroes are quickly interrupted and trouble is a(chicken)foot.

Don't worry everyone! It's just a dead chicken! Definitely problem solved. Door closed. End of the line. We will never even think about, much less say, the "c" word ever again! What's that? This is "just the beginning" and "we aren't even close to being done with chicken stuff?" Good lord.
