The Austin Police Department received a 911 call in November of 2022 for a man in the street who was armed with a rifle. As officers arrived, the subject, Rajan David Moonesinghe, was actively firing into a residence. As the officers approached, they fatally shot Moonesinghe. Former dispatcher turned cop Drew Breasy and former officer turned dispatcher JB will tastefully break down the 911 call, the radio traffic, and the officer involved shooting, which was captured on several forms of video.
