Last Year in East Rutherford, Officer Brad Steve, the cop with two first names, responded to a 911 call-- but the problem was unknown. When he got to Garfield street, he found 52-year-old Raymond Noel entering a house and refusing commands to cooperate. Steve went inside to apprehend him when shots rang out at point blank range. Officer Steve's life was saved by his ballistic best but Noel took a round to the torso raw. Noel has been charged with attempted aggravated murder and attempted aggravated assault on a police officer. Before you call for gun control, Noel was also charged with criminal in possession of a weapon. Noel got 35 years and Steve gets to live to fight another day. In San Antonio, December 3, 2024, An officer attempted to talk to a male subject on the road. The subject ran away. The officer gave chase, and they ended up near a drainage ditch. A second officer showed up issued commands for compliance to the male. The officer observed the suspect holding a gun. The officer drew his gun and shot at the suspect multiple times. The chase and the gunfire continued until the the suspect died at the scene. Strangely it seems that one of the suspect's wounds was self-inflicted. There is more going on here than is being told in the mainstream media, and former cop Eric Tansey wants to talk about why.

At Marcy Correctional Facility in New York, 43-year-old inmate Robert Brooks was fatally beaten while handcuffed and the incident was filmed on bodycam footage. Robert Brooks died on December 10, one day after correction officers were filmed assaulting him.  The AG and the media call the in custody death “shocking and disturbing.” Thirteen Correctional Officers and a nurse were involved. Eric Tansey, a former police officer and Jon, a former correctional officer talk about the case.

Another school has joined the long list of those carved into our conscience. Abundant Life Christian School in Madison.

Suspect Natalie Rupnow was already dead when officers responded to Abundant Life Christian School. A staff member and another student were killed in the attack, while six others were injured, police have said, including two students hospitalized in critical condition.

While the victims recover, authorities are examining Rupnow’s background, probing writings allegedly connected to her and tracing the history of the gun she used. But what was the motive? And what now? Former Cop Eric Tansey has his first takes as information is becoming public.

Lone Tree Police Officer Jacob Tarr could not be stopped. On November 12, 43-Year-Old father Brandon Durham called the Las Vegas Metro Police Department about a possible home invasion. Police responded and found Durham struggling with Alejandra Bourdeaux. Officer Alexander Bookman entered the home and gave verbal commands to drop the knife, and after noncompliance, discharged his sidearm. Durham-- the caller-- fell down. The officer then fired five more times. Durhams daughters was also home during this tragedy. Now with body cam released to the public, the Durham family is demanding answers about what went wrong. Another officer involved shooting gone horribly wrong-- hear the perspective of former police officers, who have been in similar situations. What went wrong? Lich Vu had a mouth on him. The problem was his mouth was 70 years old. A tiny Asian man with bone cancer, Vu was willing to go jail rather than sign a citation for a traffic violation in October. So often habitual criminals choose to decide their fate at the time of arrest through flight and resistance. In Vu's case, he touched the officer. Instead of picking up another charge, like say, simple assault on an LEO, the officer pick Vu up, flipped him over and put him down on the ground like a hyper combo from Street Fighter II. Vu lost consciousness and was admitted to the hospital with brain bleeding, and a neck injur that prevents him from eating, drinking and taking medication orally. The officer is on paid administrative leave but the outlook on his future isn't bright. Will this be another huge setback for police?

Daniel King, a 30-year-old man from Millville, New Jersey, died in the custody of New Jersey State Police troopers on July 9, 2023. Troopers responded to a 911 call from King himself at his residence, and upon arrival King told the trooper he wanted to remove some property from his home. Trooper Mark Allonardo seemed to be mediating a civil dispute before the situation became strange and escalated. King eventually bit Allonardo into the face, drawing blood and nearby civilians jumped into the fight to help the trooper. King was transported to a station where he later suffered a medical emergency which led to his death, and the case was eventually brought before a grand jury. Did the trooper act improperly? Or did he fail to act? Former police officer brings his experience with a similar situation to bear to break down this tragic and strange police encounter.
