Eugene Borisov is a partner and development director of the investment company Kama Flow, which manages two venture funds (total capital of ~ $ 50 million) and is one of the most active investors in the deep tech segment in Russia. Prior to founding Kama Flow in 2014, Eugene gained experience in management consulting, specializing in investment development projects for territories, and also held management positions in the TMT sector (in the assets of ESN and Access Industries).
