- Instead of raging and ranting on a Facebook group of "what should I do with my children?". Go outside and get them running that energy out.

- Tips and ideas for while you're nursing instead of grabbing a phone.

- White board idea to remember the things that pop in your head without needing to grab your phone.

It's hard, when we pick up our phone we have access to so much! Remember to reflect on your usage regularly.
