Use this time to reflect, pray, or simply breathe in His love. Whether you're grieving, seeking direction, or longing to hear His voice, let this space be a sacred moment between you and God.

How to Use This Meditation:

  • Find a quiet place where you won’t be interrupted.

  • Settle in with deep breaths, inviting God into your stillness.

  • Release any expectations—just rest in Him.

    • “Be still, and know that I am God.” – Psalm 46:10
