What I learnt in 2020

  1. Ride your own wave.
  2. create your own shit even if its shit - its YOUR SHIT.
  3. Cut your losses.
  4. Family .
  5. Lonely is natural.
  6. Feel uncomfortable.
  7. Your body is great and it changes.
  8. Assertive- take out that gun queen - ask for what you want - establish your boundaries. Do not allow/enable bad behaviour.                              Don’t be afraid to shake people off. 
  9. Be prude - it’s your key. Life is the game.
  10. Your going to die. It’s cool. So live.
  11. Play with ideas.
  12. What a burnout feels like.
  13. Gracefully throwing in the towel.
  14. People are thinking of you.
  15. Say less. You don’t need to wrestle in the mud with the pigs.
  16. Buy less. Save more. You’ll feel more confident.
  17. Decaf life. 
  18. Don’t be silly. Lock your bike indoors. But definitely absolutely get a bike. 
  19. You don’t need to run. Just walk and indulge.
  20. Act like a dream girl. Be the woman of your dreams.
