During my meditation this morning I felt myself in tears of gratitude for having the practice that I do. It's always there for me, no matter what. It needs no props, altho a cushion, shawl and journal are deeply comforting to me. But I can practice this practice anywhere, at any time, in any situation.

It is a LIFE SAVER so I wanted to share it as a life vest for anyone who feels like they may be drowning in the intensity of 2020's storm.

It's time to talk about spirituality, religion, growing up, finding our path and walking what's true for us personally.

There's no right or wrong path. There's no one true path. There are as many different paths as there are people on the planet today... and, if you're alive at this time, it is not by accident. You are meant to be here. You have something you are here for. Now is your time to access the wisdom that bought you here and this practice is about opening the door to the listening that will guide you there.

As my Zen Master JunPo Roshi, has said so many times, "Only YOU can take YOUR seat, so take your seat!" Now is our time.

Questions you may like to journal about after listening:

• How do I perceive the world through a third person perspective?
• How do I perceive the world through a second person perspective?
• How do I perceive the world through a first person perspective?
• How do I perceive the world differently when I am aware of all three as I go about every day life?
• What am I more open to now?
• What deepest truth is driving me?
• Why am I here at THIS time?

Deep uncertainty is calling us each into deeper trust, deeper faith and deeper listening. ⁣⁣

Not blind #faith in a humanized, masculine, wrathful, preacher God...⁣

Not the kind of #trust we place in another person, institution, government.... ⁣

The faith that comes from being deeply anchored inside the tide of your own breath....⁣

The trust you are being asked to cultivate is the kind of trust we find flowing through the pores of the God/dess who lives inside your precious human body... ⁣

... beyond thinking, strategizing and planning... ⁣

... beyond your ego mind that thinks it knows everything when in actual fact the smartest thing it could say is:⁣

 “I don’t know___________ but I feel _______ so I’ll follow that.”⁣

This is deep listening. ⁣This is from where sovereignty and personal power arise... ⁣This is deep listening that aligns you with your with your next right step. ⁣

⁣This is manifesting from the inside out. ⁣

⁣This is the layer of consciousness that does know... and that offers you the sweetest salvation inside the storm of uncertainty.
