“Our mission at Primal Athletics is to create a supportive environment for people to improve their lives no matter their attributes or current fitness level. We provide a place to pursue health and fitness in the safest, most effective way possible through expert leadership, allowing our community to kick ass into their 90s”.

It wasn’t by accident that we promoted an inclusive environment as the first sentence of our mission statement. The recent statements by CrossFit CEO Greg Glassman do not align with our core values. We hope that CrossFit, Inc is able to move forward in a way where the methodologies and community of CrossFit can survive without Greg Glassman as the leader.

We will be keeping an eye on the situation and will be deciding whether or not to continue our relationship with CrossFit Inc in the coming weeks.

No matter what happens, we will continue to provide the same workouts, and the same supportive community we always have.
