This week’s guest is Anna Kalm, one of the founders of Ascentic, a software company based in Sri Lanka. Anna's leadership is strongly driven by values and built on inclusion, trust and openness. She emphasizes the importance of implementing an intentional value driven culture. One guiding principle for Anna is the metaphor of being an open door which for her means being welcoming and listening to different perspectives.
