Birthdays (referred to as "solar returns" in Astrology), are an annual opportunity to reflect, receive, and reorient yourself along the next threshold of your life path.

Birthdays are a time when the energy on the planet most resembles the moment when you were born. Each year the sun comes back to the place it was at the moment of your birth and asks, “how YOU were you this past year?”

Many of us wait for others to celebrate our birthdays or dismiss the idea of celebrating a birthday altogether as childish. My invitation? Celebrate yourself. Can you deeply love this incarnation you're in and honor the gifts you have in this lifetime?
