It’s Blue Diamond Stakes Day at Sandown Lakeside, where the track is good and the rail true. The $2million feature for the 2YOs is the headline act, but a fine undercard including the Group 1 Futurity Stakes & Oakleigh Plate, the Group 2 Peter Young Stakes, Angus Amanasco Stakes Classic and Group 3 Mannerism Stakes & Zedative Stakes all fill a great eight race program.

In Sydney we head to Royal Randwick where the rail moves into the the 3m mark on what should be a good track as well, and we see the champion Anamoe step out again in the Group 1 Chipping Norton Stakes, as well as the Group 1 Surround Stakes for the 3YO fillies. The card also includes the Group 2 Proven Thoroughbred Stakes, Sweet Embrace Stakes and Skyline Stakes as well as the Group 3 Liverpool City Cup.
