When you give yourself permission, you take back your power. You allow yourself to live your life in alignment to what is important to you, what feels good for you, and it's not dependent on anyone else.

  3. Let go of your need for approval
  4. Be guided by your inner wisdom
  5. Feel your emotions
  6. Love yourself
