Happy Monday Tater Tots!! In today's epsiode, ya girl opens up about her mental health a bit more & why I've been a bit slow on the socials of late. I finally booked myself in to see a Psychologist (woo!!) and really want to normalise going to therapy and talking about it as someone with a platform. I also dive into my thoughts on thinking I'm undiagnosed ADHD and that all of my gut issues may very well be due to having coeliac disease. Lots to unpack here.
