What effect is your ego having in your life? Seriously. How does it show up in your relationship with your wife? With your kids and their dreams and mistakes? With your work, your life purpose, your community?

The ego gets in the way of everything! It tries to stick its foot or nose into every little aspect of our lives, and very often succeeds.

Then it creates a false reality. You and I begin to see things that are NOT actually there. We take our seats in Plato's Cave and believe the manufactured 'truths' that are right in front of us.

In this episode I share the ideas of some great thinkers, ancient and modern, about how you and I can dismiss the ego and see things as they really are, which obviously makes life SO much better.
