Reviewing and reflecting on the year is one of the best things you can do for yourself! Even more so if you had a year you'd rather forget. This process will help you tie a bow on the year, take away any learnings and lessons you need, and celebrate ALL the wins, so you can move on to the next year with a clean slate and a fresh mindset.
