25. How to Stop Stressing

Gurus throughout history have been trying to answer this very question!  I don't claim to have all of the answers, but today I'm going to break it down in a logical way that will hopefully make sense to you.

Because stress is just mental and emotional strain that builds up inside of us as we ignore our thoughts and feelings.

The more that we ignore them by working, going on social media, running or doing anything with the purpose of pushing them down, the bigger the voice gets!

Like a 3-yr old who wants you to listen, your body will find a not-so-pleasant way to let you know that it needs you.  Like digestive issues, weight gain, phantom pain or allergies.

But the good new is that to stop stressing, all you have to do is listen.
